Refund/Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

At this time, we do not accept returns, unless there is an issue by the fault of Kat's Print Boutique or the fulfillment companies we work with. If you have a problem with your order, contact us at sales@katsprintboutique.com, and we will work together to come to a resolution.

All our products are handmade once the order has been placed. Since they are handmade, there may be variations between, or even within orders.

Due to the terms of the fulfillment company we work with for all products except prints and greeting cards, items are not returnable due to sizing issues.  This is due to the fact that the products are made to order.  Refer to the sizing charts linked with each product to ensure you order the correct size.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within a reasonable amount of time from the shipping date.  For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted with 10 days of the ship date for Canadian and US orders or within 15 days for international orders or we may not be able to help resolve the issue.

When contacting us about returning a product, be sure to include photos and details about the issue.

All cases are handled on a case by case basis. We cannot guarantee that the shipping cost of a returned item will be covered.  Returns must be received within 30 days.  You will be given the address to return the item to after contacting us.

If you would like to cancel or change your order, you must email us within 2 hours of placing your order, or by 10:00pm EST on Sunday if your order is placed on the weekend.
